This manga serves as a complete reboot of the original UFO Robo Grendizer series by Nagai. It centers on Daisuke Uryuu, whose latent abilities are triggered when a massive armada of flying saucers attacks Earth. The story reimagines the original narrative with a new version of the main character, previously known as Daisuke Umon in the earlier series.
