Grendizer U: The Inception

A spacecraft from the Vega Alliance arrives on Earth, signaling an impending alien invasion. Humanity's defense comes in the form of Duke Fleed, an alien refugee from the planet Fleed who now resides in Japan. He operates the Grendizer, a powerful mecha, to combat the forces of Vega. Supporting him is Koji Kabuto, his close friend and ally, as they work together to protect Earth from the alien threat. The narrative begins with events that precede the story depicted in the TV anime.
