Hana no Miyako de

Motoharu, who is set to inherit the Tsujimura clinic, has long cherished his childhood friend, Akira. After confessing and being rejected, he still chooses to attend the same university and department as her. Despite growing apart after the confession, Akira proposes reconciliation, and they walk home together for the first time in a while. During the walk, Akira unexpectedly kisses Motoharu, sparking a renewed sense of hope in him. However, the following day, she tells him to "forget it," leading Motoharu to feel betrayed. In a separate storyline, Arikawa and Misaki are roommates, and Arikawa's mother wishes to meet Misaki. Additionally, Arikawa has an older sister involved in the situation.
