Hana no Youna Lilibeth

Angel Winter lived at the Alexander Institute, a private Catholic school in Switzerland, after becoming an orphan. She became intrigued by Lilibeth, a new student who resembled a girl from Angel's recurring nightmares. Soon after, strange events unfolded at the school: Angel's roommate fell into a coma, another student died under mysterious circumstances, and Angel experienced a hallucination that left her unconscious. Lilibeth visited her and offered comfort, suggesting they "be together." When Dr. Callard revealed Lilibeth's identity as a vampire, Angel was removed from the school and sent to her grandfather's home in Austria. There, Angel's grandfather, Dr. Callard, and a priest attempt to stop Lilibeth from turning Angel into her successor.
