Harpy

A high school student named Harumi Sawa grows suspicious of a new classmate, Ayako Kawahori, due to her strange scent and peculiar actions. A mythology class discussion on harpies leads him to wonder if she might be one. An older office worker named Itoi discovers a mysterious young girl in her apartment when she returns from work during the rainy season. A reclusive photographer, Okada, travels to Hokkaido to photograph wildlife at a pond. He encounters a striking woman who resembles the mythical water spirit Undine after rescuing her. Lastly, a woman in a psychiatric facility offers observations and thoughts about the people around her who share her condition.
