The Concierge at Hokkyoku Department Store·北極百貨店のコンシェルジュさん
A new employee at a department store, Akino, serves a unique clientele—talking animals, including owls, wolves, koalas, and a woolly mammoth. Each customer brings a distinct and complicated request. One is a wealthy owl looking for a gift for his wife, while another is a sea mink seeking a present for a reunion with her father. Alongside these challenges, Akino also navigates difficult coworkers and a hard-to-find floor manager.
