I Am John Cantlie

A British journalist enters a war-torn region in northern Japan following the 2011 disasters. The area remains scarred by tsunami wreckage and contaminated soil. A group called the Nihonmatsu Front fights against the Japanese government along the southern edge of Fukushima. At the same time, they face internal conflict from a faction known as the State of F. This group includes locals from Tohoku and foreign fighters, and is marked by strict discipline and violent tactics. The manga blends images of destruction from the tsunami and nuclear accidents with visuals from Middle Eastern extremist propaganda. Initially self-published and sold at art exhibitions, it was later released digitally.
