A girl develops a crush on her classmate, but after embarrassing him in front of others, he ignores her attempts to apologize. She learns he may be interested in another student, a very cute girl in their class. Later, she is summoned by a pale fox deity who offers to grant a wish in return for saving a small fox spirit earlier that day. On impulse, the girl wishes to become the cute girl instead. The wish has unintended consequences, and the deity breaks a rule to help her reverse it. Now able to change her form at will, the girl considers using this power to win over her crush. However, if she uses it too openly, she and the deity could face repercussions from Amaterasu.
