Shino travels with her husband to seek revenge against his enemies and encounters a man with an elaborate snake tattoo at an inn. According to legend, the man will be killed by the snake once the tattoo is finished. This stirs a deep desire for death within Shino. As fate brings her closer to the tattooed man, she begins to fall in love with him.
