Evan Douglas, born into nobility, is mistreated by his family because of his low mana capacity and unusual black hair and eyes. The only one who treats him kindly is Serafina, a wolf beastman maid of his age. After being exiled, Serafina accompanies him. Following a head injury, Evan begins having dreams of a highly advanced world with strange magic, including controlled dolls and glowing, moving windows. Inspired by these visions, he creates a new form of magic he names control magic, which does not align with any known elements.
