Jakou to Bara

Ella discovers her older brother has taken out a massive loan from Zarif, the king of the desert nation Vashir. The two had a prior connection when he proposed to her three years ago, but she rejected him after realizing he was only interested in a physical relationship to produce an heir. When her father’s business fails and her mother falls ill, Ella returns to Zarif for assistance. He agrees to help but sets one condition: a temporary marriage to maintain his public image for a year.
