As global tensions rise before the outbreak of war, Japan creates a covert intelligence unit called the "D Agency" to gather critical information on other nations' social and economic conditions. Led by Lieutenant Colonel Yuuki, eight agents are tasked with infiltrating influential countries to monitor developments relevant to the impending conflict. These operatives have undergone rigorous physical training to endure harsh environments and have acquired expertise in various disciplines, including communications and languages. Their primary advantage is their skill in influencing others to extract the intelligence needed to support Japan's strategic position.
