Joker Game

In 1937, prior to the full outbreak of World War II, Lieutenant Colonel Yuuki creates the "D Agency," a military intelligence unit operating under his leadership. Lieutenant Sakuma is assigned by the Army General Staff to monitor the unit's activities. Yuuki recruits agents from a broad range of backgrounds, not limited to Japanese military members. He establishes three guiding principles for the unit: avoid killing, avoid being killed, and avoid capture. These principles contrast with the standard practices of the Imperial Japanese Army. The D Agency carries out operations targeting both domestic and international entities.
