Joubutsu Sasete yo!

Kazunobu Haramoto joins the yakuza with ambitions of rising through the ranks. His life takes a sudden turn when an unknown assassin attacks his gang, killing everyone except the boss’s young daughter and Kazunobu. Police find them at the crime scene, and they are placed in witness protection. Authorities decide a respected Zen Buddhist temple is the ideal location for their safety. Trapped in this unexpected situation, Kazunobu faces a choice between violence and a path toward spiritual refuge.
