Kare to Koi Nante

Miku ends a phone call with her co-worker and boyfriend, the shop manager. Earlier that day, they kissed in front of her, openly and without discretion. He suggests it would be uncomfortable for them to continue working together and urges her to resign. She leaves her job, feeling betrayed and abandoned despite having done nothing to warrant it. Overcome by the situation, she notices a man sitting across the street. On a whim, she considers approaching him, and he appears receptive to the idea.
