In the year 0153 of the Universal Century, seventeen years have passed since the "Steel Seven" ended the Jupiter Empire's remnants. A new conflict emerges between the Zanscare Empire, based on Side 2, and the League Militaire/Earth Federation. On Side 3, a high school student named Font Baud is pursued by Zanscare forces after uncovering their classified Newtype weapon. He is saved by a mysterious girl traveling with a blind man and by the unexpected reappearance of a mobile suit that once defeated the Jovians.
