Kimi ga Koi ni Oboreru

Reiichiro assumes the role of manager at a kimono shop, seeking a more positive outcome than before. His new position causes tension with Jinnai, a coworker who resists being directed by someone younger and less experienced. Their interactions grow increasingly charged as they navigate their differences.
