Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai

A high school student discovers a book titled "Disease Coexistence Journal" at a hospital, which belongs to a classmate named Sakura Yamauchi. The book is a private diary revealing that Sakura is suffering from a pancreatic illness and has a limited time to live. The student, who was previously just an ordinary classmate, now becomes aware of Sakura's secret. He feels increasingly drawn to her, who is his opposite in many ways. However, Sakura's already difficult situation is made worse by the harsh realities of the world around her.
