Kimi no Suizou wo Tabetai

In April, as cherry blossoms remain in bloom, a reserved student discovers a handwritten book titled "Living with Dying" in a hospital waiting room. The book belongs to Sakura Yamauchi, a cheerful and well-liked classmate who is secretly battling a terminal pancreatic illness. She reveals her condition to him, making him the only other person who knows her secret. Despite her illness, Sakura strives to live normally and fully until her time runs out. Her spontaneous and lively behavior challenges the student's usual detachment, slowly influencing his perspective and emotions.
