Kobato.

A young girl named Kobato Hanato seeks to have a single wish granted but must first learn about the world under the guidance of Ioryogi-san, a harsh blue dog known for his sharp tongue and temper. To achieve her goal, she must complete trials designed to teach her common sense and collect the suffering of those she heals in a magical bottle. However, Kobato struggles repeatedly with these challenges due to her limited understanding of everyday life. Her journey appears to be a difficult and lengthy one.
