Kobato.

A young girl named Hanato Kobato arrives on Earth with a mission to gather "konpeito," colorful candy-like items that appear when she helps mend someone's emotional pain. Her goal is to fill a bottle with these to reach a specific destination. Though initially seen as odd, her genuine and kind nature helps her gain the trust and affection of those she meets. However, there is a restriction: she is not permitted to develop romantic feelings for anyone she has healed.
