Kohaku no Yume

Mishiro Usui, filled with despair, writes a suicide note and drowns herself at 16. Instead of dying, she awakens in the Mirror World, a bleak and damp realm that is neither heaven nor hell. She has no memory of her identity or past. In this place, she discovers a mirror and, upon gazing into it, is transported to a familiar setting where she finds a knife. She uses it to kill herself, returning to the Mirror World in front of a broken mirror. Her reflection then tells her to find and break all the mirrors in this world by repeating the act of suicide before each one. She realizes that to recover her lost memories and possibly fulfill her wish to erase her existence, she must locate and destroy every mirror in the Mirror World.
