Koitsu, Ore no Koto Suki nano ka?!

A middle-schooler named Yokoyama-kun performs his infirmary duties responsibly. One day, a classmate named Nishino-san tells him, "You're so nice. Thank you." This makes Yokoyama-kun wonder if she is being kind only to him, leading him to question if she has feelings for him. Meanwhile, Nishino-san remains ambiguous in her responses, leaving Yokoyama-kun to interpret her actions and words in ways that may not reflect reality.
