Asai and Ishikura, friends and hikers, become lost on Mt. Owari during a sudden blizzard. Stranded and injured, Ishikura admits to murdering a member of their university hiking club five years earlier. Asai finds shelter and helps carry Ishikura to safety, but the revelation alters their dynamic. The storm's danger is soon overshadowed by the tension between them, hinting at a more immediate and personal threat.
