A young woman aspiring to become a witch lacks the ability to perform magic and needs a master to attend her desired academy but has no resources or connections. A talking black cat with magical abilities appears and proposes a partnership. The woman seeks to learn magic, while the cat aims to lift a curse affecting him. Their goals align, leading them to form a hidden master-apprentice bond. However, breaking the curse requires a specific action involving a kiss. Together, the clumsy witch and the magical cat begin their journey at a magic academy.
