Madoka no Himitsu

Madoka Yamada enjoys playing with dolls and wearing homemade dresses but is actually a boy. To avoid being teased for his girly interests, he conceals this side of himself after moving to a new town and school. He blends in well, gaining the approval of most classmates, except for Itsuki Tanonaka, who sits beside him. Madoka admires Itsuki for appearing cool and masculine, but his comment draws laughter from others. Confused, Madoka questions why this matters. The story explores whether he can maintain his secret.
