Magdala de Nemure

A world governed by three major factions maintains order: the dominant Church, the Order of Clausius with comparable influence and significant military resources, and the Guild of Commerce, composed of merchants and artisans. Kuusla, an alchemist imprisoned for attempting to burn a saint's remains, is recruited by the Order of Clausius. Alongside his friend Welland, he is sent to Grubetti, a town near the front lines. There, in a workshop equipped with advanced tools due to its proximity to the conflict, Kuusla meets Urle Fenesis, a nun who identifies herself as a "watchdog."
