Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku: F2P

Two Magical Girls are sent by the Land of Magic to verify rumors of a Magical Girl who can cancel death. Instead, they encounter a dome-like barrier housing a group of Magical Girls known as The Resistance, who oppose what they see as a corrupt Land of Magic. Communication between the two groups is lost, leading to rising tensions and conflict in F-City. The Resistance and the Land of Magic each claim legitimacy, and the situation becomes a struggle between opposing forces. The story explores both perspectives as the conflict between the groups intensifies.
