Mahou Shoujo Ikusei Keikaku: restart

A popular social network game selects a small number of players to become real magical girls, granting them magical abilities and good fortune. When the number of participants grows too large, an official decree mandates that the total must be reduced by half. Sixteen girls are forced into a deadly competition for survival, with an uncertain number expected to make it out alive.
