A mysterious floating palace appears over Shinjuku Cho Park, drawing the attention of the Intelligence Agency. Kyoya Izayoi, a high-schooler skilled in the rare martial art of Nenpo and wielding the mythical sword Ashura, is among those invited to a housewarming party hosted by the Lord of the Babylon Palace. Also attending are Sayaka and the three Knights of Marduk. The Lord of the Palace has set his sights on Sayaka, and Kyoya must uncover his true identity and motives.
