A 26-year-old woman named Mako visits the hospital for the first time due to hemorrhoids. In the waiting room, she meets Tadashi Yoshinaga, a man who also has the same condition. After leaving the hospital, they run into Tadashi's mother waiting in her car. She asks Mako if she is Tadashi's friend and encourages him to invite her to their home. Mako then goes to Tadashi's house.
