Hiiro finds himself in Tokyo after his bus is attacked, a city that was meant to be sealed off. There, he meets others with "red eye," individuals identified as carriers of the Pandora Virus. Despite viewing each other as allies, they face attacks from multiple directions. The cause of these assaults is linked to something within Hiiro and his companions, specifically related to their genetic makeup.
