Yukichi Yamamatsu, an older manga writer, previously traveled to India where he faced illness, theft, and language challenges to publish the first Japanese comic translated into Hindi. He has returned to India, operating an udon noodle cart in Delhi's slums, socializing with drug sellers, doing standup comedy in public parks, and making efforts to connect with people in the Purvanchal region.
