Kaoru and Kuzumi were high school rivals. Six years later, they work at the same company and cross paths again. The Nanbu family, to which Kaoru belongs, caused the collapse of many businesses, leading Kaoru’s twin brother, Akira, to leave home at fifteen. Around the same time, Kaoru’s best friend, Yuuma, also left after his father’s business failed. These events made Kaoru believe he was incapable of love, leading him to a loveless existence. His perspective shifts when he is molested by Kuzumi, a young single father raising his son, Kouhei. The encounter raises questions about Kuzumi’s hidden past and whether the two men can move beyond their histories to find happiness.
