Officer Kikukawa Reiji is known for his unorthodox methods and personal sense of justice, often disregarding protocol. His approach has drawn attention from the chief of police, who sees potential in assigning him a covert operation. The mission involves infiltrating the Sukiya organization, a major and perilous mafia group in the Kanto region. The objective is to gather concrete evidence against its leader, Todoroki Shuho. Gaining the trust of the organization requires Reiji to engage in extreme actions and place himself in life-threatening scenarios, where a single mistake could cost him his life.
