Mugen Shinshi Kaiki-hen

This is a remake of the 1982 Mugen Shinshi Kaiki-hen. According to the afterword of Shin Kaiki-hen, this story is followed by Shin Kaiki-hen and is presented as a separate narrative, similar to Ouma-hen and its sequels. Because of this, the version of Mamiya in this story is regarded as either a new character, "Seinen tantei D," or an alternate version of "Seinen tantei C."
