Kae struggles with honesty and hides her feelings from Hiroto, a short, self-conscious boy with a youthful look. The two frequently argue. After Hiroto returns from summer vacation having grown taller and more attractive, Kae faces a choice: continue hiding her emotions or finally admit her crush.
