Nae Namchineun Vampire

An eighteen-year-old boy named Gene is often mistaken for a girl due to his delicate appearance, but he is actually the leader of a group of tough students at an all-boys school, known for his aggressive response to such assumptions. His life changes when he encounters unusual events in the forest, drawing him into a realm involving vampires and dark romantic elements.
