Jeong-o, a college student, faces unexpected pregnancy and seeks support from her boyfriend Jiheon, who had planned to propose. A car accident, however, causes Jiheon to lose his recent memories, including their relationship. Seven years later, they meet again, but Jiheon has no memory of Jeong-o or their shared daughter.
