Jeong-o is a college student who unexpectedly becomes pregnant and turns to her boyfriend Jiheon for support, as he had planned to propose to her. However, a car accident causes Jiheon to lose his recent memories, including their relationship. Seven years later, they meet again, but Jiheon has no recollection of Jeong-o or their daughter they share.
