Watanuki Masanao is a top doctor at Inokashira Hospital, though he is disliked for his intimidating look and distant attitude toward patients. His reputation begins to shift when he treats a woman nearing the end of her life. The story includes two additional one-shots: Neko Natsu and Night Cruise.
