Netsuzou: Chijin no Ai

Joji Kawai leads an unremarkable life as a salaryman until a cafe brings him face to face with Naomi, a striking waitress of fifteen. The two settle into an arrangement to share a home "like friends," with Joji taking charge of her schooling and drilling her in the refinements he considers proper for a wife. What emerges from that upbringing is nothing like the woman he had imagined she would become.
