Ni no Hime no Monogatari

A kingdom without a male heir places its three princesses in a contest for the throne. The eldest is intelligent and beautiful, the youngest is the king's favorite, while the middle princess is overlooked due to her quiet and naive nature. Seisui, a councilor's son, is upset when he is assigned as her tutor. In another story, a girl enters the world of racing and learns lessons about fame and wealth from two experienced women. A third tale follows two students who, while arguing on a rooftop, witness a classmate preparing to jump. When they intervene, they find themselves trapped with the exit locked.
