A translator named Maya shares a home with her ex-girlfriend, Michiru, and Michiru's son, Yuuta. Living in the same building is Nico, an actor who frequently visits and is aware of Michiru's history. Their lives overlap in a way that feels like family, yet is not entirely one, filled with everyday warmth. The narrative includes five additional short stories and an extra.
