A university student named Tarou is transported to another world by an elderly magician. He discovers he possesses magical abilities eight million times stronger than typical magicians. Using this immense power, he revives the old magician who brought him there, but in the form of a frog. Tarou and the now-frog magician, Kawazu, embark on unusual adventures together.
