Orihara Izaya to Series

A spin-off of Durarara!!, this series follows Orihara Izaya after the events of the original. A man appears in a town outside Tokyo, whose only role is to provide information and subtly influence people. He identifies as an informant, proud of his ability to gather vast amounts of data. He does not align with justice or villainy, instead acting solely according to his own desires. He claims to genuinely love all humans, regardless of their state, even if his actions lead to their downfall.
