A high school student named Shuichi rescues a magical fairy named Sylphy from drowning in a pond. As a token of appreciation, Sylphy offers to fulfill one of Shuichi's wishes. He asks for a "cute childhood girlfriend," and as a result, his male childhood friend Iori is transformed into a girl. The newly transformed Iori is unexpectedly cute.
