Otou-san wa Watashi wo Kakanai
お父さんは私を描かない
A painful breakup sends Sumire Asagi's thoughts back to Midori, the father she has not seen in 19 years. He was a painter, yet in all that time he never once put his own daughter on canvas. Following the thread of her childhood memories, Sumire returns to the seaside where they spent their last days together and meets an odd young man there. Later, at a gallery she wanders into by chance, she stops in front of a portrait of herself as a girl, a painting that should not exist.
