A Pokémon Trainer known as Isamu Akai, nicknamed "Red," travels with a Clefairy that often causes trouble. The manga focuses on comedic elements, featuring slapstick and crude humor. In a world where Pokémon can speak, Red and another trainer named Green race to collect information for a new Pokédex. Clefairy's clumsy and foolish actions frequently annoy Red, but occasionally lead to unexpected successes.
