Pungyoui Yeosingwa Cheonjae Mangnani Sadonim

A dying Earth relies on Dispatchers to gather energy from alternate worlds for survival. Chan-Su Oh, a Dispatcher with no natural ability, is assigned to a world where he becomes the Apostle of a neglected and weakened goddess. Given a modified harvesting skill, he attempts to recover his territory one block at a time while searching for his missing parents.
